Business challenge
A fast growing Benelux mobile phone company has operating companies in
over a dozen third world countries. Because of its rapid growth and the
fact that its management and staff had limited experience of working in
a ‘western style’ business environment, the company embarked
on a five year development programme. After a rigourous process, a handful
of suppliers were selected to meet the broad range of training needs.
