Retail
Business challenge
A retail organisation with hundreds of outlets in the Benelux and elsewhere
in Europe found there was not enough consistency in the way the outlets
were being managed and the customers served. This undermined the branding
the company was trying to achieve. The company dealt with dozens of different
training organisations, each with their very own way of doing things and
each with a different quality level..
Solution & results
The company agreed to offer its staff several of the Dale Carnegie programmes
on different locations in Europe. Thus ensuring consistent content and
quality of training throughout Europe whilst respect the local language
and cultural differences (Dale Carnegie’s ‘Global Reach, Local
Touch’).
