Business challenge
Several law firms with between 50 and 150 solicitors were faced with the same challenge: Partners and associates were good ‘lawyers’ with excellent reputations within their areas of expertise. However, they were not as good in selling their services. They considered ‘selling’ to be something that was ‘below’ them

The solution included sessions over a period of time which convinced these professionals that selling could be done in a manner which was very natural to them.
