Business challenge
One of the largest sport brands in the world was faced with the merger
of several of its entities within one country. People had to travel further,
positions were gained and lost, and different cultures had to be merged.
As a result, the company was inward looking and not reaching its goals.
Solution
Management and staff all took part in a 12 week tailormade programme aimed
at:
*Improving communication between the different factions;
*Regenerating enthusiasm;
*Ensuring people regained confidence;
*Realising targets and become outward looking again.
Results
The ‘merger’ is past history and the company has found its
way up again.
