Business Challenge
One of the best know consulting firms in the world did a major project
for a bank. It was decided that a significant shift of focus was required
and that the modus operandi had to change.
The new policies were presented
to the management and staff of the bank. However, in spite of the economic
necessity (and the money potentially wasted on consulting) the changes
were not implemented.
Solution
Dale Carnegie designed and delivered a tallormade solution for management
and staff whereby:
*People ‘bought into’ the need for the required changes;
*The changes and the effect on the day to day work were clearly understood;
*All departments practiced those new skills that were required;
*Intensive coaching took place on the workplace, thus ensuring the newly
acquired knowledge and skills were implemented.
Results
A significant amount of money spent on consulting that would otherwise
have been wasted was ‘saved’. The bank has seen significant
growth as a result of our solution.
